Clarification of assignment

We draw up a target company list, the basis of every executive search. Afterwards, we identify potentially suitable candidates and approach them discreetly at their workplace.
In pre-qualifying interviews, we clarify the fit, motivation and willingness to change job of the identified candidates. A more detailed, structured candidate interview follows, if the outcome is positive.
As a result, we present you a comprehensive candidate dossier containing our interview report as well as all supporting documents such as a candidate's CV, references, education and training certificates.
Job interviews with selected candidates are professionally accompanied by us and can take place via video call, at your office or at the expertalis premises.
Last but not least, we clarify outstanding points for you and mediate between you and your preferred candidate until the conclusion of the contract has been achieved.
The duration of a recruitment project is nine months from the start of the assignment. We guarantee a one-time rerun of the placement free of charge in the unlikely event that a chosen candidate does not take up the position or resigns. Your warranty claim is valid until nine months after the start of the employment relationship.
